Pineapple Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
2 cups non-fat Yogurt1/2 cup Milk, 1%1 cup Half and Half Cream1 Box French Vanilla Jello Pudding and Pie Filling 1 envelope Knox plain gelatin2 cups mashed fresh Pineapple (after mashing), retaining juice1 - 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp (remove)1/3 cup Brown Sugar Splenda blend
Directions
whisk vanilla, yogurt, milk, half and half, gelatin and pudding together. Add brown sugar splenda and whisk (you will still see the crystals). Add crushed pineapple and whisk until blended.

Process according to Ice Cream Maker instructions.

if your ice cream machine is less than 2 quarts half the recipe.
