Pork stew cubes (1 lb)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped or dicedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Canned Tomatoes, 2 small cansLentils, 1 cup add your favorite seasoning like a 1tsb of summer savory leaves, 1tsb of basil, 1tsb of provence herbs.
Cut all the vegetables and place them in pot.
Add the chicken broth, can of tomatoes and lentils.
Add your favorite herbs.
Mix everything together.
Cover and let cook on low heat for about 4 hours or all day in a slow-cooker.
