Leftover Roast Beef and Hash browns

Ingredients
1 kg bag frozen hash brown potatoes1 TBS olive oil2 med onions chopped20 oz leftover roast beef, finely choppedMrs Dash Garlic and Herb blend1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 cup cooked diced carrot
Directions
Saute the onion in the olive oil. Add hash browns and cook until starting to brown. Add seasonings and roast beef. Last 10 minutes add cooked carrots for color.
