1 cup fat free plain Greek Yogurt1 English cucumber, seeded and finely grated and dried2 cloves garlic, finely minced1 tsp lemon zest1 Tbs lemon juice2 Tbs chopped fresh dillSalt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill
