Healthier Cream Chipped Beef

2 3 oz packages of Esskay's reduced sodium chipped beef3 Tbsp of Country Crock spread4 Tbsp whole wheat flour2 1/2 Cups of skim milk(Optional) black pepper for taste
1. Tear the chipped beef into bite size pieces and place into a 5 quart pot.
2. Place the Country Crock in the pot with the chipped beef, and turn on medium heat. Let cook for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the flour to the chipped beef, stirring thoroughly after each addition. The beef will look very dry.
4. Gradually pour the milk into the pot while stirring. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes, stir frequently.
Add black pepper for taste
