Ingredients
Halibut fillets, half mayo, half sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, 2 packages ritz, butter
Directions
fresh halibut fillets about 2 inches thick set on paper towel to dry while you mix half mayo and half sour cream in bowl add salt and pepper to taste, pour 2 packages of ritz in ziploc bag and smash up to small peices. coat halibut in mayo sour cream mixture and then cover in ritz crackers put butter on top and bake on 400 degrees for about 15 minutes
