Baked Penne Pasta and Chicken

Ingredients
14.5 ounce box of Penne Pasta (i use Smart Taste by Ronzoni15 ounces Ricotta Cheese 8 ounces (2 cups) mozzarella, shredded24 ounces spagetti sauce12 ounces chicken breast cooked and chopped into bite size piecessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook and drain pasta, mix with the ricotta cheese, chopped- pre-cooked chicken breast and half of the mozzerella cheese. (i usually have a couple of left over chicken breasts all ready cooked from a day or so before, so i dont count that in to the prep time)

in the bottom of a baking dish, spread about half of the spagetti sauce

pour the cheese, chicken, penne mixture into baking dish and smooth it out a bit

pour on the rest of the spagetti sauce and spread it around.
sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top

bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.

if you like, you can serve with a bit more heated spagetti sauce on top.
