Cajun Spaghetti Meat Sauce with Ground Turkey

1/2 cup chopped onion6 cloves garlic, sliced thin or diced1 tbsp vegetable oil1 lb 93% lean ground turkey29 z can Hunt's tomato sauceItalian SeasoningRosemary2 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole SeasoningCayenne Pepper to taste
Saute 1/2 cup chopped onion and 6 cloves garlic in a tablespoon vegetable oil until onion is transparent. Add 1 lb ground turkey and cook until done and until most liquid has evaporated. Add 29 oz can of Hunt's tomato sauce, Italian Seasoning and Rosemary to taste. Simmer one hour. Add about a teaspoon Tony Chachere's and add more to taste. If it's not hot enough but has enough salt, add a few dashes of Cayenne Pepper to taste.
Serve 1/2 to 2/3 cup over Dreamfields Spaghetti or Angel Hair (2oz dry wt). Not included in calculation.
