2 bags of shredded lettuce1 lb ground beef2 cups shredded cheese1 can of red kidney beans, drained and rinsedoptional..low fat sour cream, taco sauce, and baked tortillas on the side....sour cream and taco sauce added in for calorie count
add shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and rinsed and drained beans to a large serving bowl. Brown the ground beef until done..salt and pepper to taste. Drain ground beef then rinse with cold water. Add ground b eef to salad and stir. Serve with low fat sour cream, tace sauce, and tortilla chips
