Blueberry/Banana Compote

1- box instant sugar free cheesecake pudding mix1 3/4 cups of skim milk1 small container Cool Whip light1 cup fresh blueberries2 small bananas1 graham cracker
make pudding following directions; using 4 wine glasses place 1/8th of pudding in each glass; 1/8th blueberries; divide one banana between the 4 glasses (slice thin); layer of cool whip; repeat layers and add 1/4 of graham cracker on top with a few blueberries for garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serving Size: makes 4 wine glasses; appx 1 cup in each glass
