1 c. rice6 c. 2% Milk1 tsp. Vanilla Extract1/2 c. Splenda1/2 tsp. Salt1-1/4 c. Egg Beaters, slightly beaten5 egg whites3 Tbsp. Splenda
Cook 1 c. rice with 6 cups of milk covered, in a double boiler for approximately one hour.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla, 1/2 c. Splenda, salt and 1-1/4 c. Egg Beaters, slightly beaten.
Put in a casserole dish and top with 5 egg whites stiffly beaten with 3 Tbsp. Splenda. Bake uncovered 10-15 mins. at 325 degrees.
From start to finish the recipe takes approximately 2 hours to make.
Yields 10 each 1/2 c. servings.
