Deborah's Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 1/2 cups dried kidney beans, [soak overnight and drained]3 cups diced tomatoes with juice [I use low sodium]2 Tbsp minced garlic1 cup diced onions1 cup diced sweet peppers, green or a mix of colours1 cup diced celery1 cup sliced mushrooms2 Tbsp chili powder2 Tbsp cayenne1 Tbsp paprika1 Tbsp black pepper1 tsp oregano flakes
Directions
Place all ingredients into a 5-6 Litre [quart] slow cooker.

Cook on low for 10 hours.
