Strawberry Pie

4 cups strawberries, sliced2 T. cornstarch1 1/2 cups cold water1 pkg.(3 oz.) sugar free strawberring gelatin3 T. Splenda1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
Slice strawberries and set aside. In large saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in Jello and Splenda until dissolved. Let cool. Stir in strawberries. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Garnish with whipping cream if desired.
