3 boxes of instant vanilla pudding4 medium bananas6 cups of skim milk1 medium container of fat free whipped topping70 vanilla wafers (lite vanilla wafers may be substituted)
layer the cookies in the bottom of the pan, then slice and layer the bananas, next mix the pudding mix, milk and 6 tablespoons or so of the whipped topping and beat for 2 mins. Pour this mixture over the cookies. then let set for 5 mins. Lastly spread the remaining whipped topping on top.
