Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can tuna in water (I prefer Bumblebee chunk or solid white albacore)1 tsp. (or 0.3 tbsp) Miracle Whip1 tbsp dill pickle relish (I actually sometimes add a little bit more, but I'm a pickle fan...)
Directions
Drain tuna and put in a bowl.
Mix in other ingredients, then add to bread and eat! I like to add a little spinach or romaine, and sometimes a bit of tomato.
Extra delicious on toasted bread, and fabulous on rye or pumpernickel (both of which have half the calories of wheat bread, and are PACKED with flavor!).

Serving Size: Makes tuna salad for 2 sandwiches
