Renee's Famous Homemade Dumplings

Ingredients
2 cups flour (I use King Arthur White Wheat)1 cup unsweetened almond milk1 T. baking powder1 t. salt
Directions
Mix together all ingredients until just blended.

Drop by rounded tablespoon into boiling liquid (i.e. soup or stew). Cover.

Let cook 15 minutes covered; then, another 15 uncovered.

Serving Size: 12 - 2-inch dumplings (or larger!)
