Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts (skinless and Boneless)Vegetables are approximate2 1/2 cups Broccoli1 Cup red bell pepper1 Cup Green Bell pepper1/2 cup peel carrots1/2 cup water chestnuts from can or freshSauce3 cups water1/4 cup Choy Soy Sauce2 Tbs Ground Ginger2 tsp sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper3 tsp garlic salt2 cups uncooked instant riceSprinkled with cheese if desired
Directions
Cut Chicken into chunks, cook almost thoroughly through, add fresh vegetables, While chicken cooking, mix spices and water with soy sauce. Cook until tenderness achieved from the vegetables.

Serving Size: makes 5 - 1 cup servings vegitables, 3/4 cup rice
