Baked Tilapia with soy sauce & rice vinegar

Ingredients
Ingredients per serving:1 tilapia fillet 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp rice vinegar1/2 tbsp capers salt, pepper, dill, garlic powder, dried parsley, onion powder to taste.
Directions
defrost tilapia fillets in microwave for about 3 mn.

place fish in baking dish and cover with sauce ingredients.

bake in 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 mn or until fully cooked.

serve with steamed brown rice.
