Mr. Food's Tuna and White Bean Salad

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Extra Light Olive Oil2 Tbs Lemon Juice1 teas Italian Seasoning3/4 teas Salt1/2 teas Black Pepper1/2 teas Parsley flakes1 Large Cucumber, Peeled, and chopped (I left the seeds in because they were small.)5 Roma tomatoes, chopped1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced1 (15.5 oz) can Great Northern beans rinsed and drained1 (12 oz) can Solid White Tuna, drained well
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together first six ingredients.

Stir in Cucumber, Tomatoes, Onion, and beans, add tuna and toss gently until evenly coated.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
