Garlic Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
2 cups white rice (I use jasmin rice)4 tbsps soy sauce2 tbsps water 2 tbsps cornstarch1lb chicken2 green onions, sliced4 cloves garlic, crushed, then diced3-4 cups stir fry veggies (any combination will do)
Directions
Start rice cooking.
Mix soy sauce, water and cornstarch.

Cook chicken in oil until golden brown. Add garlic and green onion. Cook two minutes over medium heat.

Add stir fry veggies.

Cook until veggies are slightly soft.

Serve over rice or eat as is.
