Banana Bread (Fannie Farmer)

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas2 eggs2 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Directions
Mash bananas. Add eggs and mix. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until thoroughly mixed. Pour into buttered/floured loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350.

Serving Size: makes 16 thin slices (or 16 mini-loaf halves)
