Don Pablo's Corn Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup softened butter1/3 cup corn flour1/4 cup water1 10 oz can creamed corn1/4 cup corn meal1/3 cup of sugar2 tbsp milk1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
In a medium bowl beat butter until creamy. Add corn flour and water and beat until well mixed. Stir in corn.

In a separate bowl, mix cornmeal, sugar,milk, salt, and baking powder. Add to corn mixtur and stir to combine. Pour batter into an ungreased 8x8 pan. Cover tightly with foin. Place into a 9x13 baking pan that is filled 1/3 with hot water

Bake 350 for 50-60 min. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Use an ice cream scoop to remove. Serve warm
