Cinnamon Sugar Puff Pastry Twists

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed1/2 cup granulated sugar1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unfold puff pastry sheet. If it's cracked at the folds, just rub them in with a bit of water. Brush sheet with egg wash or just some skim milk. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the whole sheet. Fold sheet in half, then cut into strips. Twist the strips, pinching the ends to help them stay twisted.
Place twists on baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. The sugar will melt out some on to the bottom and caramelize, so keep an eye on it.
Serving Size: Makes 10 inch wide pieces
