Italian-Style Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
4 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried oreganofresh ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix wedged red potatoes, olive oil, basil, oregano, and pepper and add to a foil-lined pan, doing your best to keep them only one layer thick.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through.

    Easy to prepare side dish. Although a little carb heavy, a small portion is not terrible. The great payoff is a lot of potassium which is so hard to get into diet. I actually substituted garlic and onion powder and some Italian seasoning as I had no dressing mix on hand. Turned out great. - 8/21/17
