1 lb 93% lean ground beef 1 bag Minute brown rice1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 can Rotel1 packet Taco Seasoning
Brown, drain, and crumble the ground beef
Cook the rice
Mix the ground beef, rice, Rotel, soup, and seasoning.
Pour mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish
Heat in the microwave for 3 to 5 minute
Serving Size: makes 10- 1/2 cup servings
