3 egg whites1 oz shredded 50% reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 c. salsa1/2 c. red bell pepper, sliced thinly1/2 c. sweet onion, sliced thinly1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla Pam Spray
Heat a non stick 10 inch pan over medium heat. Spray with Pam. Add veggies and cook until soft, approximately 5 minutes. Meanwhile, beat egg whites with a bit of water. When veggies are soft, add egg whites and scrambled but not dry. Add cheese and let it melt. take egg veggie mixture and place on 1/3 of the tortilla. Top with salsa. Wrap it burrito style. if you wish, place on a George Foreman grill or a grill pan and grill it. Cut in half and enjoy!
