Chocolate Icecream; Low Carb

Ingredients
100 grams dark chocolate (I used Pralus 100%)3/4 cup STEVIVA BLEND1/4 cup raw cacao powder2 cups heavy whipping cream3 cups chocolate almond milk2 tbsp powdered Irish moss (carrageenan)
Directions
Melt chocolate over low heat. Add steviva and allow to dissolve. Add cacao powder.
Meanwhile in a blender, whip the cream, then add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Add chocolate mixture.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions

Serving Size: makes 10 servings. 1/2 cup each.
