Low Fat chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients
56 grams Plain flour 35 grams corn flour 2 table spoons of cocoa powder1 level tsp baking powder 4 eggs separated 179 grams of castor sugarI tub of Elmlea double light cream 4 oz of fresh strawberries
Directions
Whisk egg whites till stiff , add in sugar and combine then fold in whisked egg yolks and fold in dry ingredients , pour into two sandwich tins that have been greased and lined with baking parchment , bake in the centre of the oven at 160c for 25 min or till firm to the touch
cool on wire rack
whisk up light double cream and put half on bottom sponge then sliced strawberries and put the rest of the cream on top and add top sponge , sprinkle a little icing sugar on top for decoration

Serving Size: Cut into ten portion sizes or if you want 8 bigger ones
