Citrus Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves1/3 cup honey1/3 cup orange juice1/4 cup lemon juice1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp ground black pepper3 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Put all ingredients into a large ziploc bag, making sure to coat the chicken breasts well. Refrigerate 2-3 hours, turning the bag every so often to ensure the breasts stay well-coated.

Grill the chicken using an indoor double sided grill (George Foreman style grill) for 8-9 minutes.

To use the marinade as a sauce: After removing the chicken breasts from the ziploc bag, empty the marinade into a small saucepan. Heat to a boil and boil hard for 4-6 minutes.
