1/2 -cup chopped fresh or frozen mango1/4 cup pineapple no sugar added2- tbsp protein powder1-tsp. ground flax seed1/2 -cup almond coconut milk2 oz. plain low fat Greek yogurt1/4-orange juice1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
