Szechwan Sauce

Ingredients
4 tbsp water2 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp corn starch1 tsp honey1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (or less)1/4 tsp ground ginger (or less)1 tbsp vegetable oil4 cloves garlic
Directions
Mix water, ketchup, soy sauce, corn starch, ginger, red pepper, and honey in a bowl.
Stir fry garlic in onion. Add sauce mix.

To add in chicken/shrimp/veggies, either cook them separately, or cook them in the sauce and cover the pan (otherwise the sauce will get too thick and dry out).

Serving Size: Makes sauce for 2-3 servings of stirfry
