1 head of lettuce8 diced baby carrots1 diced green pepper1 diced tomato4 diced hard boiled eggs3 stalks of celery dicedham slices cut in cubes. (1 slice is one serving)spinkle with cheesemix and enjoy with the dressing of your choice.

Serving Size: makes 5 good sized salads....Im not sure exactly how big the serving was, just eyeballed it as we dished it up for dinner!
