Crust:1 pouch Betty Crocker Sugar cookie mix (not listed in nutritional info)Topping:1 6 oz. package cream cheese1/4 cup sugarfood coloring (optional)fruit of your choice
Prepare fruit ahead of time. Coat any fruits that turn in fruit fresh or lemon juice. Prepare cookie mix as listed on package. Roll out on to pizza pie pan. Bake according to directions. Cookie should be lightly browned on top. Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Spread on slightly cooled cookie. Use a pizza cutter at this point to slice "pizza" into deisred amount of slices. Top with your prepared favorite fruits. Enjoy!
