Spicy Pasta Salad with Smoked Gouda, Tomatoes & Basil

Ingredients
8 ounces Fiber Gourmet Light Rotini1/2 c light mayo1/4 c whole milk4 T white vinegar1.4 t canned Adobo sauce from Chipotle Peppers1/2 t saltground black pepper to taste1 pint grape tomatoes, halved1 cucumber, peeled and seeded, diced8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, diced24 whole basil leaves, chiffonade
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water until no longer hot. Set aside. Mix mayo, milk, vingear, salt, pepper and adobo in small bowl. In a large bowl stir together pasta, dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers, and Gouda. Taste for seasonings, adding more if needed. Stir in basil at the end. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
