Cherry-Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup red pitted sour cherries3/4 cup honey1/2 cup pearl tapioca
Directions
Pour honey over cherries and allow to sit. Prepare tapioca according to package directions. Mix in sweetened cherries. Can eat warm or refrigerate.
Note: more honey may be added if you like sweeter pudding.
