Directions
16 Skinny Cow, Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches3-8 oz tubs of Cool Whip Free6 TBS Smuckers Hot Fudge Topping (Reduced Fat)10 Nabisco Oreo Sandwich Cookies, Reduced Fat
1. Place SaranWrap around plate (you'll want enough to wrap around the dish before placing in freezer)
2. In large bowl combine 2 tubs of Free Cool Whip, 6 TBS Hot Fudge Topping, & 10 crumbled up oreo cookies. Mix well. Place in Frig until step 4.
3. Unwrap and Place 6 Skinny Cow, Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches on SaranWrap (side to side)
4. Take out middle mixture and place approximately 1/2 of mixture on sandwiches, spread evenly to make a smooth layer.
5. Repeat Steps 3 & 4
6. Place remaining 6 sandwiches on top of mixture.
7. With remaining Tub of Cool whip, frost the cake.
8. Wrap cake with saran wrap and place in freezer to help freeze the cake.
*I always make the cake the night before and place in freezer at work until ready to serve.
9. Remove saran wrap and cut cake length into approximately 1/2 inch width pieces. Cakes have a pretty layered affect. Cut each piece in 1/2 and serve.
*Most of my co-workers like this so much we don't cut the piece in half, but a 1/2 piece is a very healthy piece. You could also cut down on calories by dropping a tub of CoolWhip Free, but it won't have as nice a layered look.
