Cherry Cheese Cake (not)

Ingredients
1 angel food cake (10 inches)1 small pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix1 ½ c milk (2% low-fat)1 c light sour cream1 (21 oz) can light cherry pie filling
Directions
1. Tear the Angel Food cake into bite size pieces. Press into 13x9 cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, milk and sour cream. Beat until thickened, about 2 minutes.
3. Spread over the cake.
4. Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cake.
5. Chill thoroughly until serving time.

Makes 16 servings.

    I love this recipe. My great aunt had given it to me a few years ago. We added whipped dream whip to it as well. She called it Cherries in the Snow. It is really good and diet friendly! - 12/5/07
