Curried Cauliflower Cracklins

Ingredients
His and Her Cauliflower Cracklinsmakes 4 cups1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bits1 Tbsp muchi curry powder3 TBSP cup olive oil1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar1/2 tsp coarse sea salt1/4 tsp fine black pepper
Directions
Directions:

1. Toss cauliflower in mixture.
2. Lay cauliflower on a baking sheet – in a thin layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
3. Broil for 5 minutes.
4. Taste. Add additional salt/pepper if desired. Serve warm or chill for later.
