Fruit smoothies

Ingredients
2/3 c frozen raspberries2/3 c frozen pineapple2/3 c frozen blueberries2 1/3 c frozen strawberries1/4 c plain non-fat yogurt1/2 c orange juice (if desired)2 to 2/12 c water (approximately)6 packets/tsp Splenda, or to taste
Directions
Do not thaw fruit. Put all ingredients in blender, making sure you have enough liquid to almost cover fruit. Blend on high until thick and smooth. Adjust liquid content according to personal preference.

Drink immediately or freeze for later. Allow to thaw to make it drinkable or eat it with a spoon straight from the freezer like ice cream. Delicious!
