Directions
Place diced apples, and strawberries in a bowl. Zest the orange, reserving one teaspoon zest. Juice the orange, reserving two tablespoons of juice. In a small bowl, combine orange zest, orange juice, brown sugar, and jelly. Stir well; pour over fruit and mix gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 cups. Goes very, very well with cinnamon tortilla chips (I posted this recipe as well).

love this popular recipe and glad someone had already entered it. I don't usually eat 1/2 cup at a time which appears to be the serving size indicated when recipe makes 3 cups and 6 servings. Pineapple preserves or orange marmalade are also good instead of the apple or apricot jelly. - 4/18/12

Great recipe, but the original one from The Pampered Chef also calls for 2 kiwi, diced. This is always a favorite during the summer months. - 8/15/09
