Alternative to deep fried pickles

Ingredients
egg beaters .25 cupshake and bake--I used chicken extra crispyand kosher dill spears.aluminum foilnon stick spray.
Directions
Crumble up your aluminum foil so that the juices can drain. spread the aluminum foil out in a baking pan and spray very generously with non stick spray, otherwise the pickles will stick.I use egg beaters and a little water to dip my pickles. in next do not shake the pickles in a bag it causes it to be to clumped up. instead pour the shake and back in a bowl and roll the pickles in it to coat them. place in pan and bake on 375 for about 10-15 minutes

Serving Size: coat and back as many as you want the recipe is for 1/8 of the shake and bake and 1 oz of pickles
