Ingredients
1 lg farm fresh egg1/2 c cooked brown rice1.5 oz grilled chicken1 c assorted grilled veg (Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots & zucchini)1/8 c 2% mexican cheese blendWarm thru veg and chicken.Add in Rice. Mixtop with Egg. Mixfinish with cheese.
Directions

Warm thru veg and chicken.
Add in Rice. Mix
top with Egg. Mix
finish with cheese.
