tofu eggless egg salad

Ingredients
1 block firm Nasoya sprouted tofu plus- water pressed out and crumbled into a bowl2 stalks celery finely diced2 or 3 spring onions finely diced white and light green parts1 dill pickle finely diced1t each ground mustard, paprika, tumeric, 1/2 T salt1/4 t pepper2-3 T dried dill weed1/5 plus 2 T Spectrum eggless light canola mayonaise.
Directions
mix all together thoroughly and chill until flavors meld. Use 1/.4 c as stuffing for sandwich, pita or as a dip with vegetables.
