Orange Angel Dessert

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 cup nonfat milk4 tsp Splenda1 orange
Directions
Serves 2

1.Divide eggs beat yolks with milk and add Splenda and orange rind.

2.Bake in moderate oven at 350F 176C until almost set for 30 mins

3.Beat egg whites stiffly and spoon on top of mixture-return and brown in oven

Serve with sliced orange
