13 oz of chicken4 cups brocolli slaw8 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Miracle whip dressing4 tbsp Summer Fresh Artichoke and Asiago Cheese dip8 rice paper wraps.
Finely chop chicken and brocolli slaw, add to bowl
Add salad dressings, and stir mixing well.
Soak rice paper wraps one at a time in hot water.
Put 2 tbsp of salad mix onto rice paper, fold bottom of wrap over salad mix. Fold edges in and then roll mixture to top of rice paper.
Serve with a sweet spicy Thai chili sauce for a finishing touch.
Serving Size: makes 8 wraps containing 2 tbsp of salad mix.
