10 Brussels sprouts, steamed5 oz cooked Pasta - any shape6 Baby Carrots. sliced thin lengthwise1 med stalk Celery, sliced4 Scallions slicedDressing:1 tbs chunky Peanut Butter, 2 tbs Kikoman Soy Sauce1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil2 tsp rice vinegar1 small garlic clove, grated or mincedFresh ground pepper
Directions
Assemble salad ingredients in a bowl.
Mix Dressing ingredients in small jar, shake to combine.
Pour dressing over salad.
