1 cup of spinach1/2 cup of chicken ( cubed or shredded)half of papaya or whole mango'spickled red onions to taste3 oz of sliced almonds tablespoon of basilDressing1tsp lime juice2tsp walnut oil1tsp balsamic vinegarcayenne pepper to taste
Directions
either baked your chicken or use leftover chicken cut out cooking time. Can serve chicken hot or cold
