Sausage cakes with fresh sage & Thyme

Herbs Sage ground 10 gram(s)Herbs Thyme fresh 9 gram(s) Beef British lean mince 12% fat, 251 gram(s)Bread crumbs mixed wholemeal & white dry, 54 gram(s) Salt, 0.125 tsp Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp Olive oil Napolina light & Mild, 1 tbspWater, tap, 0.125 cup 2 tbsp
Prepare herbs. Grind sage & Thyme. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a fork. Add 2 tbsp water. Mix again.
Pour out onto a floured board and knead well. Make into a roll and cut into 4. Make into patties coating with flour. Fry in the oil for about 10 minutes until brown and crisp on the outside, lowering heat to cook through.
