Wheat pizza dough

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup all purpose flour1 pckg. yeast3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp sugar1/2 - 2/3 hot water2 tsp EVOO
Directions
Combine wheat, yeast, salt and sugar in food processor. Pulse to mix. Combine hot water and oil in a measuring cup. With the motor running, gradually pour hot water mixture into dry mixture. Dough should be soft. If it seems dry, add 1-2 tbsp of water; if it seems soft add 1-2 tbsp. flour. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface and cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Let dough rest for 10-20 mins. before rolling out.
