Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients
250g plain white flour250g unsalted butter250g caster sugar4 large eggs1tblsp vanilla essence (extract)1/4 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius

Put butter, flour, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a food processor and whiz for 1 minute.

Add milk and whiz for another minute.

Place cupcake liners in muffin tin holes and fill 3/4 full

Place in oven to bake for 15 mins
(baking time may vary from oven to oven. 15 mins is based on a fan forced oven)

*If your cupcakes peak high in the middle, your oven is too hot
